History
Benjamin F. Goldenhersh is the owner and principle attorney at Goldenhersh & Goldenhersh P.C. The law firm originated in 1943 with Ben's grandfather, Marvin Goldenhersh, and his brother, the Honorable Joseph Goldenhersh. Several attorneys in the Goldenhersh family have practiced law at Goldenhersh & Goldenhersh P.C. throughout the years. Two of the Goldenhersh attorneys became judges, including the Honorable Joseph Goldenhersh who served as an Illinois Supreme Court Justice and the Honorable Richard Goldenhersh who currently serves on the 5th District Appellate Court.
